General Membership Meeting

Our general membership meeting will be held on September 14th, 2pm at Hedgesville Middle School in the cafeteria. Please enter through the gym doors around back.

Anyone is welcome to attend. If you registered by June 1 for general membership, you are able to vote.

If you are interested in joining our Board of Directors, please send an email with your intent to be on the ballot to [email protected] by September 6th at 11:59pm. No submissions after this date will be accepted.
