Annual General Membership Meeting

Our annual general membership meeting will be held on Sunday, September 8th at 2pm in the Hedgesville Middle School cafeteria. All are welcome to attend but only registered members will be able to vote.

If you would like to submit your name for inclusion on the ballot for the Board of Directors, please email [email protected] with your letter of interest by 9/1 at 11:59pm.
